Exploring your Divine Spine for Balance and Expansion with Melissa Boyd

Dive in with Melissa Boyd for a 3 hour yoga immersion. Learn breathing techniques to fully embrace your body, relax the mind and the nervous system. This workshop teaches simple ways to create space in the spine and embrace your back body while achieving calm and relaxation.

Yoga has been proven to help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and teaches you how to focus and clear your mind. Each student will receive a gift bag that includes soul tools to help with a home practice. Melissa is in the process of completing her 500 RYT in Advanced Yoga Therapy.

THIS WORKSHOP IS CANCELLED Therapy Ball Rolling with Willow Ross

Using Yoga Tune Up therapy balls you will become a student of your own body as you learn to listen to the story it has to tell you. Go on a  journey to discover how to bring relief to physically taxed muscles and fascia, move stagnant energy, and have fun laughing at ball jokes. 

Willow Ross is a body movement specialist who focuses on functional movement and the rebalancing of muscles.

$35 per person will include a set of balls
