Come learn about the philosophy and benefits behind Yin Yoga, as well as experience an hour yin class.
Yin yoga is an injury preventative yoga that holds each pose anywhere between 3-15 minutes; due to the longer hold it helps with injury prevention by working deeper within the body, stretching/strengthening the ligaments, tendons, connective tissue, joints, bones, and fascia. Yin yoga is also known to be more cooling for the body as well as passive and slow.
