Our workshop will begin with a brief gentle yoga stretch to prepare the body for deep relaxation. Finding a comfortable position laying on the floor or sitting in a chair, you will be guided in a meditation of deep healing for your body and mind. The Body Scan, based on the meditations of Jon Kabat Zinn, uses a focused breath to bring attention and deep relaxation to every part of your body.
All levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring your own favorite blanket or use one of ours. Bring your favorite mug to join us for tea after the workshop to help integrate the relaxation.
