No previous yoga experience needed and appropriate for all stages of pregnancy
Prenatal Yoga is an active and restorative class that prepares your body and mind for birth and motherhood. You will connect, breathe, move, restore and inspire deep awareness and connection with your pregnant body. Most of all you will connect with other mothers during this milestone in your life when mind/body connection is of the utmost importance.
Find your community in this pre/post natal yoga class. Tune into your body and breath, connect with your baby and embrace the amazing journey that is motherhood. This class will address the needs of the changes that occur during all stages of pregnancy through birth and afterward. We will focus on breath, birthing and recovering from birth. Mamas are encouraged to continue to attend class after birth with their newborn babies to reconnect and begin to rebuild strength.

Join Village Yoga for an hour of yoga fun for ages 5 and under. We will explore the basics of yoga and begin each class with stretching, singing, poses a story then transition to art and imaginative play. This class is a perfect way to socialize and play in a fun and peaceful environment. Stay after class for coffee, tea, snacks and free play!
