Super Gentle Postpartum Care Exercise Class with Betsy Anderson, Wednesday 6 - 7 PM

October 9 - November 13, six weeks total, $72 for the series (drop ins welcome)

For women at least 6 - 8 weeks post delivery through one year and beyond.  You will learn extremely gentle and skillful foundational exercises and activities to integrate your core, pelvic floor, hips and spine, open the ribs, chest and upper back, release the diaphragm, and stabilize your pelvis.

A  woman may feel the pressure to “get my body back” after baby but seeks means that may be too aggressive for this time in her life. There are three times in each womans’ life that offer the possibility of great healing when approached properly; the onset of menses, the postpartum period and menopause.  Proper care postpartum creates the conditions for a healthy and normal menopause into old age.

My goal is to empower women through this delicate and somewhat overwhelming period so they are able to function well and feel whole again.  This is essential to becoming more active and  seeking out activities you enjoy.
