No previous yoga experience needed and appropriate for all stages of pregnancy
Prenatal Yoga is an active and restorative class that prepares your body and mind for birth and motherhood. You will connect, breathe, move, restore and inspire deep awareness and connection with your pregnant body. Most of all you will connect with other mothers during this milestone in your life when mind/body connection is of the utmost importance.

This class is designed to offer moms and new babies the opportunity to get out of the house and connect with other moms and babies. We will move the best that we can with baby through a postpartum Vinyasa sequence, as well as toning exercises. Yoga and massage for baby will also be incorporated. You are welcome to feed, change and play with your baby during class time. Preferable for birth to pre-crawling babies. If you have an older baby or older sibling at home and are interested in attending, please contact Celina.
