Gentle Yoga with Stretch, Mondays 9-10:15am with Elizabeth Clarkson

Suitable for any student exploring yoga at a slower pace, as we dive deep into breath and explore the whole body and mind, with each inhale and exhale.

The class begins with a centering, a coming home to our true self and our practice. As we explore the different sensations of the whole body, we will flow into strengthening and toning the body as we engage the core and all the muscles supporting and surrounding the bones, always honoring the body and its own flexibility.  

This class has a strong focus on breath, alignment and stretching, along with balancing poses, which are all an intricate part of this practice.

The class ends with relaxation, through mindful breath.
