Teaching online is turning out to be fun! In fact, even when the studio re-opens I may keep offering one class a week online. If anyone has had trouble with the Zoom app, just contact me and I can help you. We are all still learning about it. Regular class rates apply. If you need a new class card, you can mail a check to the studio or purchase online.

I had a request to add another gentle class to the schedule. So now I will offer a Kripalu Gentle class on Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays at 9:30am. Here are the links for the coming week.
